Our design team helps ensure functionality while keeping the style that you want as a priority. Our three-dimensional graphics programs will help you visualize your project during the design phase and help ensure even the smallest details are taken into account.
Cedar Point Ranch
Cedar Point Ranch is a custom 12,436 sf home. This custom project has 4 living areas, 9 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, a residential elevator with ADA spaces, theatre room, a main double-island kitchen and two guest kitchens, 500 sf concrete safe, exposed metal trusses and custom metal work throughout the house, geothermal heating system, as well many other custom amenities. This entire project was built using ICF forms for the walls and SIPS panels for the roof. This heavily-insulated concrete and steel construction helped the owner create a no maintenance structure that is insulated to ensure efficiency even during the most brutal Wyoming winter. The exterior includes a waterfall, re-circulating stream, and a large pond with geothermal circulation for green heating. This project floor plan was designed by our staff to fit the homeowners needs, and many of the custom steel items were built in house with the structural review done by local engineers and architects. The Everlog Siding is also a maintenance-free material that creates the look of hand-hewn log siding but without the upkeep.
