Little Rascals Preschool and Daycare Facility
The Little Rascals Preschool and Daycare Facility project was a 5,736 sf building designed by DJ Designs Architecture Group. In addition to the 5,736 sf main structure, a fully-fenced, pour-in-place play yard, after school basketball court area, covered drop-off area, and 40,800 sf concrete parking area adorn the structure.
This building was a $733,275 project
completed within the budget.
Our custom mural staff worked with the project management board to complete each room with a custom theme to suit each age group.
Upper Platte River Solid Waste Disposal District
Saratoga Waste Facility
The Saratoga Transfer Station is a multi-purpose landfill facility with a total under-roof area of 6,625 sf. This project is completed with a methane vent system, plumbing and mechanical facilities, office spaces, transfer trailer tunnel, transfer tipping floor, truck scale, recycling unit with retaining wall and loading area, and three acres of grading and graveling. This project was completed within a total project budget of $1,500,000. Our management staff worked closely with the project board to ensure all items were completed on schedule and within the overall budget constraints of the project.
Baggs Solid Waste
Disposal District
Solid Waste Facility
The Baggs Solid Waste Disposal District Solid Waste Collection and Storage Facility includes a 5,280 sf total slab area with a 3,040 sf under-roof area. This fully-engineered structure includes a methane vent system, insulated commercial access doors, led lighting package, fire alarm system, and other amenities. This facility was seamlessly added to the exising waste facility and was completed on time
and in budget.
Stocks Services Office and Equipment/Welding Shop
The Stocks Services Office and Equipment/Welding Shop is a 4,800 sf heavy equipment workshop. This building was constructed with an insulated concrete floor and in-floor radiant heating. The shop has two truck bays and an additional welding area plus a split level office and storage unit. Savery Creek Enterprises designed this project from the ground up to meet the owner's specific design and insulation criteria for Wyoming winter conditions.
